Unlike how Let’s Go was a reimagining of the first generation game, this remake is a 1:1 of the original games. It makes it more accessible to younger audiences and lets you look at the game through the rose-tinted glasses that you remember - but a lack on modern features that would take over 3 months to roll out, just made the game feel SO insignificant compared to the game that would be launching 2 months later, Legends Arceus.
